List your paper cup business
Buyers searching for a UK paper cup supplier start their search here. A listing puts your cup types, sizes and product pages in front of them, whether you're adding a new business or claiming one already listed.
How a listing works
What a listing includes
A listing on Paper-Cups.com is a page describing what your business sells, aimed at buyers looking for a UK paper cup supplier: cafes, coffee van operators, caterers, offices and event organisers among them. It sets out the cup types you stock, the sizes and lids you offer, whether you print custom branding, and a link through to your own product pages so a buyer can take the conversation further from there. Buyers can browse the supplier directory to see how listings sit alongside one another before you submit your own.
What to have ready before you submit
A short list of details, gathered before you fill in the form, saves a round of follow-up questions afterwards.
- Cup types you stock, for example single wall (one layer of paper), double wall (two layers with an insulating air gap between them) or ripple (a corrugated wrap that does the same job without a sleeve).
- Sizes you offer, given in both oz and ml, because buyers search both ways.
- Lid types you supply, whether flat, dome or sip-through, and whether they're sold separately or matched to specific cups.
- Custom print or branding options, if you offer them, along with any minimum order quantity (MOQ) that applies.
- A working link to the page on your own site where these products are listed.
If any of these terms are unfamiliar, the glossary covers them.
Questions suppliers ask
Listings do not carry photographs. Product entries use line illustrations in the site's own consistent style, so a submission doesn't need to include images.
Listing details reflect what's published on your own site. If something changes on your side, whether that's a new cup size, a different lid range or an updated MOQ, the listing can be corrected to match.
Questions about cost, timing or anything else not covered here can go to the contact page or straight to papercups@contactforsales.com.
Submitting or claiming a listing
If you supply paper cups in the UK and don't yet have a listing, submit your business details to have a new entry set up. If you already appear in the directory and want to update it or take ownership of it, claim it instead.
Both routes start the same way. Email papercups@contactforsales.com with the details above, plus a link to the page on your own site the listing should point to.
What to have ready before you submit
Gathering these details first makes the listing quicker to write and more useful once it is published.
-
Cup types you supply
Single wall, double wall, ripple, cold cup, or a mix.
-
Sizes stocked
Given in oz and ml together, since buyers search both ways.
-
Lid types available
Flat, dome, or sip-through, and which sizes each lid fits.
-
Branding and custom print options
Whether cups can be printed to order, and any limits on how small a run can be.
-
Minimum order quantity
The smallest order you accept, or a note that this varies by product.
-
A working link to your product pages
The page a buyer lands on should show the actual cups and specs.
If you sell more than one product line, list the fullest range you supply. A separate section covers what happens after you submit.
Questions about listing your business
Does it cost anything to list a business?
This page doesn't set out a price, in keeping with how the rest of the site treats cost. If there's any charge attached to submitting or upgrading a listing, it's explained during the submission process itself. If you'd rather ask first, email papercups@contactforsales.com before you submit anything.
How do we correct a detail once we're listed?
Supplier facts change, cup ranges get discontinued, contact details move, and a listing is only useful if it keeps up. Send the updated detail through the List your business page or by email to papercups@contactforsales.com and the entry gets amended to match.
Can we add photographs of our cups?
No. Every illustration on the site is drawn in-house to a single consistent style, so no supplier photographs appear anywhere on the directory. A listing describes what you sell in words; the visual style is kept the same across every supplier so the directory reads as one set.
How do you check what we've told you?
A listing is written to match what your own site publishes, whether that's your cup sizes, wall types, lid options, or minimum order quantity. Where something isn't confirmed on your site or hasn't been provided directly, it's marked as unconfirmed.
We don't have a fixed minimum order quantity yet. Can we still list?
Yes. A minimum order quantity (MOQ) is the smallest amount a supplier will make up an order for, and plenty of suppliers haven't settled on one, or vary it by product. Leave it as unconfirmed when you submit and it can be added later once you have a figure.
How do we claim a listing that already exists for us?
If a listing already covers your business, you can claim it through the List your business page and update the fields to match what you actually sell. Claiming a listing doesn't move it up against other suppliers; the directory doesn't rank or compare suppliers against one another, so every entry is presented on its own facts.
Can we update our listing after it goes live?
Yes, at any point. Suppliers add cup ranges, drop others, or change how they handle custom print (branded cups printed with a logo or design) from one season to the next, and the listing should reflect whatever is current. Send changes to papercups@contactforsales.com.
