A directory, not a shop

Paper-Cups.com is a directory of UK paper cup suppliers, alongside a plain guide to the cups themselves. We don't sell cups and we don't take orders. Each listing points you to a supplier's own site, where the actual buying happens. Our job is to get you to the right supplier with the right terms understood before you get there, whether that's a particular size and cup type or a supplier you haven't come across yet in the directory.

What a listing has to earn

Every fact in a listing has to trace back to something a supplier has published on their own page. We don't estimate a minimum order quantity, guess a board weight, or fill a gap with something plausible. Where a detail isn't confirmed, the listing says so.

• No prices are shown anywhere, because they change and a stale figure misleads more than an absent one.
• Suppliers are described on their own facts.
• Environmental claims (compostable, recyclable, biodegradable) are stated only where a supplier makes and qualifies that claim themselves.
• All cup illustrations are drawn in a single house style. No photographs, no supplier logos, nothing borrowed from a supplier's own marketing.

Who this is for

Most people who land here run a cafe, a coffee van, an events business, an office, a catering company or a shop, and need to order paper cups without already knowing the trade terms for them. You shouldn't need to know what a ripple sleeve is or why double wall costs more before you can make a sensible decision. The cup types and sizes guide explains those terms from first principles, and the glossary is there for anything a listing mentions in passing.
